The Sport Conditioning Yoga (SCY) Certification program incorporates the best of power and flow yoga styles for a powerful, dynamic practice that appeals to the athletic body while using yogic disciplines as the backbone to developing a strong connection and awareness of body and mind during sports.

The Marathon Coach (MC) certification is centered around performance enhancement and injury-free training providing students with the knowledge and skills to successfully coach at all levels of long-distance running and/or walking.

The Sport Conditioning Coach (SCC) certification program focuses on the core skill set necessary to help athletes compete more effectively in their chosen sport.

The Sports Conditioning Nutrition Coach (SCN) certification program gives graduates the knowledge to understand the principles of nutrition as they relate specifically to sport and the skills to develop an energizing, performance-enhancing nutrition plan tailored to the athlete’s specific needs.
